For my first session, I was so nervous, but had read every possible review and piece of advice to prepare myself. I knew the nerves were purely adrenaline for doing something new.
For my second session, I couldn't wait! I knew exactly what to expect and practically ran up the stairs to get started.
The biggest takeaway post session was that it was all in me from the beginning. I didn't learn to love myself because we took some hot pics. (Although, DAMN, did we though!!!! 😍) I gave myself permission to be unabashedly kind to myself and spent the day getting to affirm that that kind of self-love only radiates more of the same.
